Janine is a founding member and owner of Élan Partners. Born and raised in the Silicon Valley, she has been in and around technology her entire life. She started her career with a focus in marketing communications for the IT arena. Now, with an IT staffing career spanning over 30 years, she has seen all the trends come and go, and come back again.
Stefanie Nielson

Stefanie is an owner and founding member hailing from Fort Worth. After graduating from Texas Tech with a psychology degree, the Texas native worked in the White House Office of Management & Budget and Social Office. Her passion for fostering meaningful connections led her to Dallas for a position with a recruiting firm. She met Janine there, and the idea for Élan Partners was born.
