Contract staffing services allows you to supplement your workforce as the need arises. Based on client requirements, Élan will recruit/provide the appropriate consultant for your project. Élan will handle all human resource functions including payroll, payroll tax withholding, state and federal reporting requirements, and employer-related insurance administration.


Contract-to-Hire staffing services are similar to Contract Services except that it is normally the intent of the company to hire the Élan Partner’s consultant after an initial contract period. Contract-to-Hire Services give our clients the ability to review and assess the consultant before making a formal employment offer.


Direct-Hire Placement Services provides the appropriate full-time candidate for your open position. Our account manager works closely with the hiring manager to gain a thorough understanding of the need and work environment. Our extensive industry experience allows us to engage candidates, passive or active, local or out-of-state, and to effectively find talented people who can help your business succeed.


Single Source staffing services offers a tailored discount program to clients who have partnered with Élan exclusively for their contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire needs. The discount structure is flexible and based upon agreement length and hiring volume.


Élan offers Payroll Services to its clients who prefer to do their own recruiting but who wish to turn over the hiring and employment process to an outside source. The client provides us with the contact information and pay rate of the desired candidate, and Élan Partners takes care of the rest, including any required background checks or drug testing.
